Davias is a character in Final Fantasy Adventure and its direct remake Adventures of Mana. He is known as Devius in Sword of Mana.
Background
In his debut appearance, Davias was simply a tyrant who ruled over Jadd from an antique villa in the northwest of town. Sword of Mana renamed him Devius and modified his backstory to portray him as an avid bird collector with an outwardly charming personality. Either way, he is cold and brutal toward the people of Jadd and will transmute anyone who dares defy him.
