Zable Fahr is a recurring character and boss in the Mana series.

History

Trials of Mana

Zable Fahr is always the eighth and last Benevodon fought in Chapter V of the main story.

A scholar in Pedda notes that the last of the Mana Stones, the Darkstone, was sealed on another plane after the creation of the world and has not been seen since, leaving only seven of the stones to exist in the mortal plane. Shade previously explained aboard the Ghost Ship that other conflicts have caused the Darkstone's energy to spill into the world, furthering strife as it exists.

As the heroes slay the other seven elemental beasts, the energy generated becomes enough to pull the Darkstone into reality, where it also has fractured and therefore released the demon trio. Where it is ultimately fought depends on the Chosen themselves.

“A long-lost Mana Stone According to Shade, the shadow spirit, a global war in ancient times caused its seal to be broken, unleashing Zable Fahr, the benevodon of shadow. The world was on the verge of total annihilation when the benevodon suddenly vanished for reasons unknown. It seems Zable Fahr has since become a Mana Stone in another realm, and though it still casts its shadow on this world, finding it seems virtually impossible.”

Echoes of Mana

Zable Fahr currently makes a cameo appearance as part of the prologue and in-game tutorial, where it is used to showcase the Mega Spirit Magic feature.
