Item Seeds have two main uses.
- Like other seeds, it can be planted in any magic pots for a randomized common item. Here are the possible item yield.

Item Seeds largely remained the same, but their item yield and HP recovery potency has changed. Like any other consumable items, item seeds can be found in chests and by collecting sparkles.
- Like other seeds, it can be planted in any magic pots for a randomized common item. The yield selection has drastically increased from its 2D iteration, now including common items such as candies and medical herbs, projectiles, elemental coins & icons, enemy parts, & accessories.
- Alternatively, it can be used to recover 100 HP on all party members.
- As with all seeds, they cannot be purchased in stores, but can be found be defeating monster or by collecting sparkles, opening chests, or by breaking red urns.
