In-game description

The class-change item for Hawkeye to access class 4, the Loyal Sphere is exclusive to the HD remake and can be obtained by defeating the Mimiqueen in the Fiery Gorge after talking to Grand Croix post-game. The key item must be in the party's possession to activate the Wardenkeep or Vigilante class selection in Class 4.

It has no outside effect like any other Class 4 items.
