Item Seeds have two main uses.
- Like other seeds, it can be planted in any magic pots for a randomized common item. Here are the possible item yield.
- Alternatively, it can be used to recover 50 HP on all party members.

Item Seeds largely remained the same, but their item yield and HP recovery potency has changed.
- Like other seeds, it can be planted in any magic pots for a randomized common item. The yield selection has drastically increased form its 2D iteration, now including common items such as candies and medical herbs, projectiles, elemental coins & icons, enemy parts, & accessories.
- Alternatively, it can be used to recover 100 HP on all party members.
