Ghost, also known as Death, KO, is a recurring status aliment in the Mana series.

History

Secret of Mana

Ghost happens when a player character's HP drops to zero. When afflicted by Ghost, character's sprite or model appear as transparent and they can only follow the leader without being controlled by the player. If the character was is the lead and becomes a Ghost, then the next character in line becomes the leader. Ghosts are not allowed to travel in Cannon Travel as the Cannon Brother will deny the party service. The death trap chest can automatically kills a character.

The aliment can be removed either by casting Revivify, using a Cup of Wishes, or staying at an Inn.
